It is one of the beaches of Mahaiula settlement, just 0.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. The beach is absolutely stunning and easily accessible. Although the road leading to it may be a bit rough, we were able to make the journey in a Chevy Impala rental with a slightly higher lift than a regular sedan.

The beach is quite lovely and is conveniently accessible. There are trees that provide shade, which is a nice touch. However, the road leading to the beach is quite rough and unpaved, with large gravel and potholes. It's best to avoid using a regular rental car and opt for a vehicle with high clearance.

Kona boasts some of the most stunning beaches around, and this particular one is no exception. While the drive may be a bit bumpy if you're not equipped with a 4x4, the journey is well worth it. During our visit, we were fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of some sea turtles and even a monk seal. The beauty of this beach is truly unparalleled.
