Reviews cannot do justice to places like this. They are incomparable and if we preserve them in their natural state, they will only become more breathtaking. A drive from Santa Cruz to Half Moon is one of my most treasured experiences, and this beach was a highlight of the journey. It offers everything one could hope for in nature: the ocean, a panoramic view from an elevated point, a leisurely walk on the sand after descending from the 40-50ft high mound near the highway parking area, a small patch of green grass and wildflowers, the sound of the waves crashing, and a window carved by the waves into the rocky coast. I have included some pictures to help capture the beauty of this place.
This location on the California coast has been my go-to spot since I was a teenager. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the sun, and the fact that it's free to the public is a major plus.
This beach is absolutely beautiful with its white sand and white caps. It's easily accessible and has convenient parking and bathrooms. The best part is that it's free to the public!
We came across a stunning beach during our three-week vacation in California, and it was the best one we visited. The beauty of this beach was beyond words, and the fact that it's open to the public without any entry fee made it even better.
It's a fantastic experience to go hiking on this beach! The best part is that it's not overcrowded and very serene. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the beach has public free entry, making it an even more attractive destination.
