The finest beach in our area boasts of pristine shores, plenty of parking spots, and a serene atmosphere, unlike the bustling Redondo or Manhattan beaches. Additionally, the Riviera village, located a few blocks away, offers a plethora of delectable dining choices.

The beach located in the S. Redondo area, known as Torrance County Beach, is truly breathtaking! Finding a parking spot is a breeze, allowing you to fully enjoy the experience. Why not indulge in some local cuisine and pick up a cozy blanket to enhance your time on the sandy shore? This is the perfect way to take in the beauty of the ocean, whether it be the waves crashing, the sun shining, or the sunset painting the sky with vibrant colors.

During my visit to see my sister, I decided to search for nearby beaches and stumbled upon this picturesque one. As soon as I arrived, I felt like I was transported into a romantic movie scene. The atmosphere was perfect for a date night, with the gentle breeze and serene surroundings. Despite a few people lounging around, the beach felt peaceful and calming. I couldn't help but fall in love with this hidden gem.

The scenery from the parking lot was absolutely breathtaking! The gusty wind created some impressive swells that crashed onto the shore. We only had a brief glimpse of the beach, but it appeared to be a lively and enjoyable place based on the happy faces of the beach-goers. If only we had more time to explore its sandy shores.

This beach is an ideal spot to take your kids for a refreshing swim. It can get a bit crowded on weekends, but that's typical for a popular destination. You can park on the streets or in the parking lot near Merrimac park entrance for a fee of $7. The beach was remarkably tidy, and there were volleyball nets located in front of the beach homes on the hilltop. I visited on a Sunday, and the ride there was delightful, with a stunning view of the area. Lifeguards were present throughout the beach, and there were plenty of recycling and trash cans available. Fortunately, most people kept their areas clean, making this one of the cleanest beaches I've ever visited. This is an excellent destination to revisit throughout the summer. Although it can get crowded with surfers, you must be cautious when they discover a good spot with waves to ride, no matter how small. Overall, I had a fantastic time with my family and would highly recommend this beach.
