Absolutely flawless! There is an abundance of sights to explore! We secured an exceptional location directly facing the ocean, with the sand beneath our feet! It was wonderful to witness everyone coming together to enjoy the thrill of the waves. It is important to pack appropriately for this adventure. The various gift shops and other establishments on the street were a delightful addition to our experience.

The beach boardwalk was indeed well-maintained and easily accessible, with an abundance of benches, foot washing stations, and ramps. However, my visit was marred by the presence of a considerable number of homeless individuals who seemed to have taken over the benches and sections of the boardwalk. Adding to my dismay, one woman was shouting at anyone who dared to use the foot washing station. Despite the beach's reputation for being family-friendly, this experience left me feeling uncertain about bringing my young children here.

The beach is an ideal destination for a relaxing vacation or a fun day trip. With a variety of restaurants and bars, you have plenty of options to choose from. Whether you prefer to stay in a cozy condo or a luxurious hotel, the Boardwalk and surrounding areas offer a range of accommodations. Additionally, there are numerous bike rental shops available for those who want to explore the area on two wheels. You can catch a movie on the beach or enjoy live music from talented bands. If you're interested in learning about the local wildlife, the Waterfowl Museum is a must-visit. Alternatively, you can discover the rich history of the area at the Nautical Rescue Museum. Of course, sometimes it's just nice to relax and soak up the sun on the sandy beach.

Who needs food on the boardwalk when you can stroll through the pristine and immaculate walkway? The lack of greasy burger joints and funnel cake stands only adds to the charm of this seaside paradise. And don't worry about going hungry, just take a quick jaunt down the parallel street and you'll find everything your heart desires. Plus, parking is a breeze with the convenience of apps. Unlike those other tourist traps, this beach boasts only franchise hotels directly on the boardwalk. It's a refreshing change from the private establishments of the Jersey shore or Ocean City, Maryland. I am completely enamored with this boardwalk! It spans a whopping 3 miles and boasts a plethora of stores, restaurants, and attractions. The beach itself is pristine and the water is absolutely ideal. With activities to suit every interest, this is the ultimate destination for our yearly vacation. Moreover, it is incredibly secure and caters to families with ease. The variety of hotels available is impressive and ensures that there is something for everyone. Without a doubt, Virginia Beach is the perfect choice for your next holiday.
