Visited the beach on a lovely Friday afternoon and had no trouble finding a parking spot. We parked on the side street which charged $4 per hour. The beach was breathtakingly beautiful with an abundance of shells lining the shoreline. It was a dog-friendly beach with lots of furry friends around. What stood out the most was the mutual respect shown by all dog owners towards each other. We were not sure if we got lucky or if this was the norm, but it made our experience even more pleasant. Highly recommend a visit to this beach and can't wait to return!
Our kids really enjoy this beach, but it would be great if other beachgoers could keep their dogs under control. We've had to break up several dog fights involving dogs that weren't ours, so if your dog has a tendency to be aggressive, please keep it on a leash. And if you do bring your dog, please don't use a 20-foot leash.
This is a great spot to spend a day with your furry friends. They seem to really love it here. I just wish there were more places like this around.
I recently ventured to the beach with my furry friend for the first time and it was an absolute blast! Finding a spot to park on a Sunday afternoon was a breeze and the shoreline was simply stunning. The people we encountered were incredibly friendly and their four-legged companions were well-behaved and full of energy. It appeared that most beach-goers preferred to relax further back from the water's edge, leaving ample space for dogs to frolic in the sand. I am already looking forward to our next visit! Although I had difficulty locating information about the beach's operating hours online, it appears that it is open to the public and their furry friends every day of the week.
This beach is an ideal destination for pet owners who want to spend quality time with their furry friends. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes it a joy to be around, and everyone you meet is kind and considerate. People are attentive to their pets' needs and are careful to clean up after them, ensuring that the beach remains a clean and safe place for all. It's a tranquil spot to relax and watch your dog run and play with other dogs while making new friends. The beach is particularly notable for its compassionate and caring community, with Robert, the dog whisperer, always around to offer a friendly smile and welcome. Although the hours can be a bit confusing, it's worth waking up early to catch the breathtaking sunrise.
