I really enjoyed my time at this beach! The sand was beautiful with its golden shell particles, and the beach was impressively clean. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by how well-behaved the other dogs were.

It's difficult to give a definitive rating for this beach as there are many other activities available besides just beach-going. The inlet is a popular feature, although the waves were fairly mild during our visit. The public restrooms are well-maintained and there's enough space on the beach that it doesn't feel overly crowded. Additionally, the clothing-optional section of the beach is quite pleasant. The only drawback is the somewhat steep cost of renting loungers, umbrellas, or cabanas. Overall, it's a pleasant beach with the added bonus of a great skate park and marina nearby.
