The individuals responsible for maintenance and the HR department at this beach are impolite and lack respect. They engage in dishonest practices, taking advantage of people and failing to compensate employees for their full hours worked. I would strongly advise against working or staying here.

Make sure to do your research before making a reservation at this place! It ended up costing us a significant amount of money and the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. The person in charge of the water taxi service is a disgrace to your resort.

We've been frequenting this place for several years now, and there are numerous aspects that I absolutely adore about it - its stunning beauty, tranquil atmosphere, soothing ambiance, family-oriented environment, impeccable upkeep, and the consistently kind-hearted staff I've encountered. However, the reason I'm finally penning down a review is because during this year's visit, I stumbled upon the delightful surprise that they offer massages here! I must say, it was one of the most incredible massages I have ever experienced, and the best part was that I didn't even have to leave the resort. Karen, the massage therapist, was truly exceptional! This discovery has now become another reason why I cherish Palm Island even more :)

Palm Island Resort is absolutely incredible! The island itself is absolutely breathtaking, and the beach offers the most stunning sunset views. The level of customer service provided by the resort staff goes above and beyond our expectations. We are extremely thankful for their assistance! When my son accidentally left his Nintendo Switch in the room, they not only found it but also ensured its safety and conveniently delivered it to a nearby location for us to retrieve easily. My son is overjoyed, and we cannot express enough gratitude. This resort truly surpasses all others and is an absolute gem.
