One of my go-to destinations in Plymouth, whether it's winter or summer, is this beach. I love the light pebbles that line the shore, adding to the natural beauty of the area.

The beach is a fantastic spot, however, the surface is covered in slick green algae/seaweed. Additionally, the beach has light pebbles.

Devils Point is not your typical beach - it's a hidden gem with a distinct feature. The beach has light pebbles and is home to a one-of-a-kind pool that is filled with fresh seawater twice a day. This pool is perfect for swimming and is a few degrees warmer than the surrounding sea. It's no wonder that many people have learned to swim in this unique spot.

Today was a truly magical day at Devils Point. The beach, with its light pebbles, was a beautiful sight to behold.

The beach offers a breathtaking view of Mount Edgecome, the Breakwater, and Mount Batten, making it an incredible place to visit. Although there is no lifeguard on duty, it is a popular spot for those who enjoy swimming, diving, or simply wading in the water. Public restrooms and a cafe with convenient parking are available near the pool. Additionally, it's just a quick walk from either the Royal William Yard or Devils Point car park. While the walkways are wheelchair accessible, there are stairs leading down to the water and pool. Overall, this picturesque location is certainly worth exploring.
