This serene and picturesque beach is a haven for both humans and their furry companions, as it warmly welcomes dogs. The tranquil ambiance of this beach is truly unmatched, as it remains unspoiled by the hustle and bustle of crowds. Its peacefulness offers a perfect retreat for those seeking to unwind and rejuvenate amidst the soothing sound of the waves.

The beach didn't quite meet my expectations as the car park was a muddy field, which may have been due to the recent rainfall after a long dry spell. However, the hourly parking fee was reasonable at £1.50. This beach seems to be a suitable spot for those who enjoy walking their dogs as it is welcoming to our furry friends. Nevertheless, it may not be the ideal location for a family day out as it lacks comfortable seating options.

This charming beach boasts a pebble shoreline and convenient pay and display parking lot, though those with larger vehicles may find it unsuitable due to height restrictions and lack of street parking. A public restroom block and café are available for visitors. Families with young children will appreciate the easy access from the car park to the beach, providing a safe space for little ones to play. At high tide, the beach is entirely pebbles, while low tide offers a mix of sand and pebbles. Overall, a tranquil spot for a peaceful day by the sea.

Ok for a walk or picnic but no good for swimming as rocks etc under the water. Groynes are old and unsightly.

The beach offers a pristine expanse of sand that is perfect for families with children of all ages. It is advisable to consult the tide table prior to your visit to ensure that you arrive during high tide for optimal swimming conditions. There are numerous dining options available along the seafront, including a Harvester restaurant for those in need of a hearty meal. The marina is also a delightful place to explore. On Sundays, visitors can take advantage of free parking on the side roads. Additionally, an amusement park with rides, a soft play area, and slot machines offers fun for all.
