What to do in Governor's beach? Are there any attractions or entertainments in region?

If you like outdoor activities, the Governor's beach can offer such an experience. In particular - SUP surfing. The beach stands out for an excellent base for this kind of sport. And the bonus is the gorgeous scenery from the water. Just try, we recommend it!

It is difficult to think of any entertainment and activities when you are on the beach. To swim, to sunbathe, to drink a couple of cocktails, again to swim and again to sunbathe, the variety usually is very limited. The beach is stunning with crystal clear water. I spotted plenty of fish near the shore while snorkeling. There is some litter scattered around, but it's not a major issue. It's just a short 5-minute walk from the cruise port and entrance is free.

Hurricane Ian caused significant damage to the beach, leaving it rocky. Despite this, it remains beautiful. Be sure to wear water shoes when visiting.
