The most breathtaking views!! There are views from every corner of the villa, even the showers. The vast pocket sliding glass doors open up to the pool deck bringing the outside in, and extending the inside out. We appreciate that the patio deck has glass railings which provide an unobstructed view. In all the bedrooms, the beds were positioned in front of large glass doors overlooking the ocean!! Nothing beats waking up to that breathtaking view!! Even though I was on vacation, I woke up at 6:30am to witness the sunrise, so serene and peaceful!! (There are powered shades if you prefer to have them down and sleep in). Morning walks on the beach were so invigorating!! Just adore that we were mere steps away from the beach!!

FANTASTIC Escape! We adored our time in the 2 bedroom villa with the transparent waterfall pool. Stunning vistas, pristine water -- and a fully furnished home. We enjoyed the majority of our days lounging on the fantastic beach loungers - although we had the option to paddle in a kayak or engage in a massive chess match as well. Jose was exceptional in meeting all of our requests! Eagerly anticipating our return!

If you're looking to truly immerse yourself in the beauty of Caicos island, this is the ideal accommodation! The residence itself is stunning, exuding a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with its soaring ceilings and abundant glass sliding doors. Impeccably maintained, it boasts all the latest modern finishes and is exceptionally tidy. The house is fully equipped with every convenience, including a grill with a grease trap and all the necessary cooking utensils for enjoyable outdoor meals. Perfect for families, there is plenty of space for little ones to play - my 5-year-old son had a blast exploring without any worry of causing damage. The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the magnificent pool that overlooks the beach, which is essentially your own private backyard. With such fantastic amenities, there's hardly a reason to venture beyond the house, except perhaps to pick up groceries (conveniently located just minutes away). The backyard has a delightful island vibe, complete with a spacious beach bed, kayaks with life jackets, and a volleyball court. The beach entrance is shallow and the water is crystal clear, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children. In summary, this place truly exceeds all expectations and deserves more than a perfect 5-star rating!

The Sing-a-song Villa was absolutely incredible. The photos really don't capture its true beauty. Our family enjoyed a fantastic Thanksgiving week at this place, and Jose and his staff ensured that our experience was flawless from start to finish. The ocean water is just as crystal clear as the pool. The property is a brand-new build, and the quality is evident. The children adored the aquatic toys, swimming pools, and dependable internet connection for their gaming consoles when they eventually came indoors in the evenings. We will certainly return for another visit.
