Boyalik Plaji is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 19th place out of 279 beaches in the Izmir region The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

A significant part of the beach is occupied by beach clubs with limited access The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately, there are no facilities available for renting chaise longues or accessing a bathroom/shower to rinse off the saltwater.

This beach in Cesme is one of the rare public ones that is not completely taken over by exclusive beach clubs. Unfortunately, the Cesme municipality does not provide any facilities like bathrooms or showers. It's a good idea to bring your own chairs and umbrellas for a more comfortable visit. The early morning hours offer a delightful sense of serendipity, but as the day goes on, it becomes quite crowded with families.
