Nice
We stayed at the Kaya hotel for six nights and it was an incredible experience. Starting from the breakfast, which had a delightful combination of Turkish and international dishes, to the end of the night, everything was absolutely perfect. We had all the comfort we could possibly ask for and even more. The gym, sauna, basketball court, tennis court, beach, pool, and so on - all fantastic amenities. There was always someone available to assist us in every area. A special thank you to Serhat, who led the team and was consistently there to offer advice about the area and put a smile on our faces. We highly recommend this place.
I had an amazing time at the hotel. Starting from the front desk manager to the guest relations team, the cleaning staff, and the chefs, the entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They paid attention to every little detail. The room I stayed in was not just cozy but also offered a breathtaking view. I loved sitting on the balcony, working on my laptop, and enjoying the mesmerizing sunset. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. The food was the highlight of my stay. The buffet was outstanding, with all the dishes being fresh and delicious. I found the hotel to have a simple yet elegant vibe, creating an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
Our experience at the Kayapalaza in Bodrum was absolutely incredible. The service and amenities were outstanding. The resort offered a fantastic variety of dinner options each night, with fresh seafood and top-quality grilled meats. The dessert selection was both fresh and delicious. The same can be said for breakfast and lunch. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the master chef and his team, especially Mr. Erdem, for their wonderful hospitality. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean thanks to the phenomenal job done by the housekeeping staff. I want to give a special mention to the front desk, particularly a delightful young lady named Sinem. She went above and beyond to connect us with a local tour guide and swiftly organized a series of trips and boat tours for us. The hospitality at this resort is truly unbeatable. Sinem was incredibly kind, and I will genuinely miss my time there. Our last few days wouldn't have been the same without her! I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking an amazing and relaxing vacation. My only suggestion is that they should consider hiring more English-speaking employees, although for the most part, it was easy to get around and communicate with everyone.
This hotel is absolutely stunning. The views it offers are faultless. We visited during the off-season, but I can only imagine how breathtaking it must be during the peak of summer. The gentlemen who would pick us up in the buggy were incredibly kind and helpful. They even assisted us with carrying our shopping up to our room. I want to give a special shout-out to Ramazan, who I noticed working in the buffet. He is a delightful, warm, and welcoming waiter who was always eager to assist. The other gentlemen at the Palazzo Buffet were also very helpful. However, most of the other staff members were quite slow. Whether it was responding to calls from our room or serving drinks in the hotel, my family and I couldn't help but wonder why it took so long, especially when there were hardly any other guests in the resort. The water in the hotel was inconsistent. One room had hot water, while another didn't, which made getting ready take longer. I believe it would be beneficial for the staff to take an English course to save time using Google translate, especially since this is a 5-star boutique hotel. The food at the terrace is not worth the price. Respectfully, paying £32 British pounds for a single tequila shot seems excessive. I've been to fine dining restaurants that charge less than that. The wifi in our apartment downstairs was very poor, and I had to pay extra to use my data. The breakfast would close earlier than its supposed time. It's supposed to be served until 11am, but often by 10:30am, they were already packing up. If my family and I had a late night and wanted to grab breakfast just 10 minutes before it closed, we should have been able to.
