The path leading to the beach is a bit narrow and winding, but it's worth it once you arrive. The beach can get quite crowded on weekends, but during the week it's a peaceful escape. Families with older children will find the walking path both wide and beautiful, and the cafes and tea gardens offer affordable refreshments. After a dip in the sea, there's a convenient shower facility available. Ziraat Bank provides a common ATM, and there are chain markets nearby. For those interested in camping, the municipality offers a tent caravan camp with hot showers, cooking areas, and electricity. The only drawback is the lack of nearby forest, but planting trees on the beach, especially in the camping area, could help alleviate this issue.
If you prefer a more secluded beach experience, take a left 100 meters after entering Longoz Forest. You'll find a tranquil, empty beach stretching for about 5 kilometers. The water can range from crystal clear to a deep shade of blue, depending on the day. My friends and I set up camp and enjoyed the pristine atmosphere for three days. Just remember to bring your own water and supplies as there are no amenities available.
