Ocaklar beach is located on the Sea of Marmara (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 7th place out of 110 beaches in the Balıkesir region The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a long bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors, pet owners etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. There is a campsite located nearby.

Ocaklar beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. The beach exudes an aura reminiscent of the idyllic Mediterranean coastline, boasting of its unspoiled and powdery sand. Its expansive stretch offers ample space for leisurely walks, while designated areas for sunbeds are available for a fee. However, one can also opt to occupy vacant spots and bask in the sun with personal belongings. Convenient shower facilities are located towards the front, although there are no nearby markets for provisions.

For many years, my family and I have explored the beautiful beaches across our country, but none have felt as comfortable as this one. The beach stretches for miles, flanked by a double lane that runs parallel to it. Along one side of the beach, there is a stunning walking path adorned with black mulberry trees and oleander trees on the other. The accommodation along the path is sure to impress everyone who stays there. The sea is crystal clear and inviting, and the beach itself is spacious and accommodating. The local vendors are friendly and welcoming, making this a truly inclusive destination. I highly recommend visiting and staying here. My family and I spent eight days here in early July 2021, and our apartment was both lovely and affordable, costing between 150 - 250 TL.

I took a leisurely stroll along its length and basked in the warm rays of the sun. It was as if the beach was beckoning us to welcome the upcoming summer days. Ocaklar is a charming destination that promises a memorable experience. So, take a break from your routine and immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of this small city, with its breathtaking views.
