Hat Ploy Dang Beach is located on the Gulf of Thailand (part of South China Sea) and it is in the 47th place out of 56 beaches in the Trat region 36.9 km away from its center, the city of Trat. It is one of the beaches of Ban Khlong Son settlement, just 3.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a short straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Hat Ploy Dang Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature, toilets. .

A charming small seafood eatery operated by a family on a secluded beach. The food's excellence exceeded expectations, with Goon Chae Nam Pla standing out among the dishes we tried. The service may be a bit leisurely due to having just one chef-owner in the kitchen, so it's best not to hurry them; instead, savor the scenery and relaxed atmosphere. For a breathtaking sunset experience, consider having an early dinner around 5pm.
