Tha Wang Beach is located on the Gulf of Thailand (part of South China Sea) and it is in the 53th place out of 58 beaches in the Chon Buri region 30.3 km away from its center, the city of Chon Buri. It is one of the beaches of Ko Si Chang settlement, just 1.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand & rocks cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

This beach is unique as it was once a healing retreat for the Thai royal family during the reign of Rama V. The refreshing breeze and clean atmosphere make it a beloved spot, but unfortunately, Rama V had to leave due to pressure from France during the colonial era.

During my recent visit to Koh Sichang, I had the pleasure of exploring a beautiful beach that offered free public entry. The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft, white sand. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. I highly recommend this beach to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. Additionally, I was fortunate enough to be accompanied by Her Majesty Queen Saowapa Phongsri and Phra Worarat Thewi during my visit.
