Punte Malaka Beach is located on the Andaman Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 19th place out of 45 beaches in the Satun region 48 km away from its center, the city of Satun. It is one of the beaches of Ao Pante Malacca settlement, just 0.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

I have been longing to visit this beach for quite some time now, and I must say that it did not disappoint. The golden sand is a sight to behold and adds to the overall charm of the place.

We visited this beach on February 28th, 2019 and stayed for three days. Although the fast boats can be a bit uncomfortable, the cabins are clean and situated right by the golden sand beach. While there are tiger fish in the sea, they didn't pose a problem. Overall, we found the beach to be great and the prices at the restaurant were reasonable.
