Praia Do Gravata is located on the and it is in the 147th place out of 238 beaches in the Santa Catarina region 11.6 km away from its center, the city of Florianopolis. It is one of the beaches of Avenida das Rendeiras settlement, just 2.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Praia Do Gravata coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis.

To get to the beach, you need to walk along a mountain trail about 500m long.
