Engenhoca Beach

Engenhoca Beach is located on the South Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 8th place out of 187 beaches in the Bahia region 161.7 km away from its center, the city of Salvador. It is one of the beaches of Itacare settlement, just 8.3 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth.
