It is one of the beaches of Vila Velha settlement, just 3.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. Lugar top ! Ter cuidado onde estacionar para não ser multado minha primeira vez fui multado mesmo sendo feriado e as obras paradas levar lanches e bastante líquidos raro ter ambulantes

A praia é Boa, tem menos pessoas do que as praias comuns. A onda é fraca, ideial para crianças. Não tem muito lugar com sombra, se quiser ficar melhor acomodado leve guarda-sol. A faixa de areia é curta e a cor um pouco escura (não sei o motivo). No final ainda tem uma pedra alta com gramado. O que estraga são pessoas mal educadas com som alto.

Excelente! Mais uma ótima opção entre as belas praias da Ilha do Frade em Vitória. Com a praticidade de estar muito próxima da cidade e do comércio da Praia do Canto e, ainda assim, proporcionar um contato com a natureza primoroso. Um remanso de mar calmo com pequenas ondas, ótimo para crianças e pra relaxar a sombra de castanheiras e coqueiros. Vista para a orla de Camburi, com o Monte Mestre Álvaro como pano de fundo. Ótima pedida!! Mas tem que se prevenir, pois não há comércio! Leve o que for precisar!!
