Espia Beach is located on the South Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 357th place out of 375 beaches in the Rio de Janeiro region 107.3 km away from its center, the city of Rio de Janeiro. It is one of the beaches of Freguesia de Santana settlement, just 5.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Espia Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis.
