The coast is great and peaceful, with a rocky terrain.
It's a great spot for enjoying the waves, but be mindful of the rocky ground. You might want to wear shoes or take the stairs for direct access to the water.
All of the beaches in Torrevieja, whether big or small, are maintained in a spotlessly clean condition and many of them have facilities for disabled access. The harbor is exceptional, offering the opportunity to explore a museum submarine and a patrol boat. Additionally, there are local coastal cruises and daily excursions to a nearby island. Along the seafront, you'll find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops. During the summer months, there is a fair with rides that are perfect for families with young children. It is definitely worth paying a visit.
Santa Maria beach never disappoints when it comes to food. The chicken and vegetable kebab with rice and sweet chili sauce was an excellent choice for starters. I highly recommend it.
It's a great spot to relax and enjoy a good book.
