The beach in Benidorm is an expanse of golden sand that stretches from the old town to the new town. It is about a thirty minute walk and is the most popular beach in the city. It is lined with hotels, bars and restaurants, and is about to be fitted with a new LED lighting system.
In winter, this beach is relatively bearable; it's clean and supervised. However, the sunsets are the only redeeming factor. In summer, it's a different story. packed, uncomfortable and an all-round terrible experience. Avoid it if you can.
A marvelous beach with pristine sand and sparkling water, though it can become a bit crowded at times.
That place was huge! Plus, the promenade was spick and span - a real sight to behold.
Benidorm's beach is a wonderful place to spend your holiday. In the summer, it's bustling with activities that everyone can enjoy. But if you're looking for a tranquil spot, there's plenty of room to relax and take in the stunning views. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the beach was spotless - no trash in sight! Plus, there are plenty of places to grab food and drinks. The bars along the beach are all family-friendly, making it an ideal destination for families. We often took walks along the beachfront in the afternoon to watch the sunset. It's a truly breathtaking sight. At night, the strip is illuminated and the bars come alive, but the beach is pitch black. So, if you have young kids, be sure to keep an eye on them.
