Playa de la Acacia is located on the Biscay bay (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 46th place out of 101 beaches in the Asturias region 102.8 km away from its center, the city of Oviedo. It is one of the beaches of La Franca settlement, just 1.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade. This beach is not a well-known place, so it is well suited for a relaxing leisure.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Playa de la Acacia coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .
