Caleton del Cobre is located on the North Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 10th place out of 277 beaches in the Las Palmas region 179.7 km away from its center, the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of Maciot settlement, just 6.7 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a short straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Caleton del Cobre coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.

Relatively close to Playa Mujeres and can be accessed directly at low tide via the rocks at the water's edge. The beach offers a fine sandy bay in a small gorge, making it a great spot to relax and unwind, even without clothes. Unfortunately, my last visit was not so pleasant as a family with a dog was there and the dog was jumping around. Public beaches are not a suitable place for dogs that are not leashed. In addition, this beach has a Virgin beach with no amenities. All in all, this is a great spot to relax and unwind if it is not occupied by careless families with free-roaming dogs.

This secluded beach cove at the far end of Playa Mujeres can be easily accessed when the tide is low, but when the tide is high, it becomes quite isolated and getting out can be quite challenging, as it requires climbing over wet and slippery rocks.
