It is one of the beaches of Urbanizacion Altozano 1 settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a long lasting coastline with green water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, partygoers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Platja les Ortigues is the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The atmosphere is tranquil and the sand is warm. It's a great place to take a break and enjoy some peace and quiet.

That place is simply stunning! Its pristine condition and beautiful setting make it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the day. Though it's a bit of a hike from the parking lot, the journey is definitely worth it.

The perfect spot for families to have fun in the sun! The shoreline is wide and the waters are shallow, making it a safe and enjoyable experience for all. The water is crystal clear and there are lifeguards on patrol, ensuring everyone's safety. There's also a bar right on the beach serving up drinks, ice cream, and food with tables at a fair price. The only downside is the single portable toilet, but it's still better than many other beaches.

The primary issue is the lack of toilets. Although it's possible to sunbathe in the buff, it's wise to keep an eye out for police patrols over the weekend.
