Hai Phong Beach is located on the South China Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 11th place out of 14 beaches in the Hà Tĩnh region 59.2 km away from its center, the city of Ha Tinh. It is one of the beaches of Hai Phong settlement, just 0.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Hai Phong Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, beach restaurant, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

Arrive at this beach on a sunny day, and soak up the unremarkable view of a quaint, unassuming fishing village. This charming little beach sits right in between the Vung Ang port authority and the Vung Ang 1 thermal power plant, with the Formusa factory nearby spewing out noxious fumes. How much longer will this blight on the Ha Tinh sea persist?! It's worth noting that the lobster here used to be a real treat, but those days are long gone. The disappointment is palpable.
