Our first beach excursion proved to be a challenge as our GPS led us astray. After some persistence, we finally arrived at our destination, only to struggle in locating the restrooms. It wasn't until we stumbled upon beach #8 that we found them. Despite these minor setbacks, the breathtaking view of the ocean and abundance of palm trees for shade made up for it. The ladies' restroom, unfortunately, only had one functioning toilet and the smell was unpleasant due to two clogged ones. However, this did not deter us from spending a considerable amount of time there. We indulged in some helados, and I particularly enjoyed a refreshing and delicious coconut flavor. The heat and humidity made it a race against time to consume it before it melted. Parking was also a challenge, and we ended up paying $10 at a nearby lot. The walk was manageable, and we even spotted a small iguana on our way back.
This magnificent location boasts an abundance of opportunities for leisurely strolls, renting scooters, taking snorkeling classes, and finding ample parking. The beach areas are especially suitable for families, offering a delightful experience for all.
Looking for a mundane experience? Look no further than this beach. Sure, there's scuba diving available, but let's be honest, it's the same old fish and coral every time. And while the beach may be beautiful, it's nothing you haven't seen before. Plus, who wants to walk all the way to Old San Juan when you could just stay at home and stare at a wall? Don't waste your time here.
This park is absolutely amazing! The stroll around the beach is simply delightful. The water is usually calm and perfect for snorkeling, although during our visit it was a bit choppy. Unfortunately, we couldn't locate any restrooms, but luckily our hotel was just a stone's throw away.
This splendid beach is perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you prefer to bask in the sun or explore the underwater world with your snorkeling gear, this beach has got you covered.
