Praia da Torre is located on the North Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 54th place out of 84 beaches in the Lisbon Area region 16.6 km away from its center, the city of Lisbon. It is one of the beaches of Carcavelos settlement, just 1.9 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is very crowded place during the season.

Praia da Torre coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, toilets. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

This beach is truly magnificent, conveniently situated between Lisbon and Cascais. The beach is quite spacious, and the waves are just perfect for some fun surfing. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity, offering a wide range of dining options. The fort located at the end of the beach is a great spot for taking some breathtaking pictures. For families, this beach is an excellent choice as you can easily rent chairs and access public restrooms. It is undoubtedly one of the best beaches in the region, second only to Tamariz beach in Cascais.
