It is one of the beaches of Oeiras settlement, just 1.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is very crowded place during the season.

I visited this beach at 8:30am, secured a spot for my lazy self, and proceeded to do some work. The atmosphere was undeniably serene, and I found myself slipping into a state of comfortable relaxation. The experience was somewhat enjoyable, I suppose. But alas, all good things must come to an end, and so I begrudgingly departed at the stroke of 1pm.
