The beach is just like any other beach, but with a cliff as a backdrop. The sunsets can be decent, if you're into that sort of thing. And if you're not, well, tough luck. There are plenty of bars to choose from, but they're nothing to write home about. And don't even think about climbing up the cliff for a better view – it's not worth it. Plus, the area is protected, so you better not leave any trash behind. But hey, if you're into cleaning up after yourself, then go ahead and enjoy this natural habitat.
The beach offers vast stretches of sand and a picturesque ocean view, making it an idyllic destination for anyone seeking a serene escape. The warm weather only adds to the charm, and there's no shortage of local bars and cafes to quench your thirst or satisfy your appetite. It's hard not to fall in love with this stunning coastal paradise.
This seaside expanse is a true gem, though it can be a challenge to reach during peak periods. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend arriving early in the day to secure a prime location.
This beach is absolutely breathtaking with an abundance of rocks scattered throughout. It's almost as if you have the beauty of Brice Canyon right at your fingertips while enjoying the sandy shoreline. The scenery and landscape are truly awe-inspiring and beg to be explored. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach and venture to the very end where nature takes over and the wildness of the surroundings is unleashed. This area is incredibly authentic, with few people around and only small mountains and rocks dotting the sand. The views are simply amazing and will leave you in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds you.
This location is truly breathtaking. Although the Atlantic Ocean brings a bit of wind, it is to be expected and the mornings and evenings are tranquil for a leisurely stroll along the beach. The beach is bustling with people from 8am to 6pm, but it's a wonderful spot to enjoy a beer late at night with a view of the distant lights of Lisbon. It's important to note that many schools take field trips to this beach, resulting in a large number of young children who may be prone to screaming. However, this is typical for any beach experience. The restaurants in the area are generally good, but keep an eye out for unexpected price increases and the occasional unenthusiastic or rude service from young waitstaff. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that there are nudist beaches to the north and south, so it's best to be aware of this before venturing too far.
