Sowangan Beach is located on the South China Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 109th place out of 167 beaches in the Mimaropa region 593.6 km away from its center, the city of Calapan. It is one of the beaches of Sowangan settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Sowangan Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

Perfect place away from crowded and pollution. The owner Ate Judith is very kind and cooked a very tasty food. She made a baked potato for us and a fresh cucumber from her garden. You can also bring your own food and drinks or you can ask ate Judith (owner) you can request anything as long as she have available stocks.
