Playa Nopolo is located on the Gulf of California (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 25th place out of 133 beaches in the Baja California Sur region 223.2 km away from its center, the city of La Paz. It is one of the beaches of Loreto settlement, just 9.7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal blue water and gray sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

The beach is incredibly beautiful and not overly crowded, especially during our stay in June. However, unlike the other beaches we've been to, the color of the sea isn't as clear. Nonetheless, it's still a great spot to spend a few hours and go for a swim.

The water is incredibly clear and free from any algae. The beach has a beautiful sandy shoreline and offers a magnificent view. The water remains relatively calm, making it perfect for swimming. The beach is rated a solid 10. Moreover, the pathway that leads between the houses is exceptionally stunning.
