Aseania Beach Resort

Aseania is a hidden treasure with a rich history. The facilities and location are excellent. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by all the staff. Each and every one of them went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with warm smiles and showing respect. They paid great attention to detail, even anticipating our needs before we had to ask. For example, they provided an additional bed without us having to request it, which was very accommodating for our large family. We were truly touched by these kind gestures. The buffet offered a good variety of menu options, and every dish was absolutely delicious. We couldn't resist going back for seconds! Overall, this was one of the most memorable beach trips we've ever had. We will definitely be recommending Aseania to others and hope to return soon with joy and excitement.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with cockroaches everywhere, even on our toothbrushes when we went in at night. Throughout our 5-day, 4-night stay, the room was never cleaned except for the one time when we received fresh towels. Every morning starting at 5am, a rooster continuously crowed right outside our chalet, causing constant noise disturbance. We were not warned about the sandflies, and on our very first day at the beach, we were completely overwhelmed and bitten by them. It was a truly unpleasant experience. On the positive side, the food was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the beaches were stunningly beautiful.

This hotel is the worst. There are large flying cockroaches all over the room. The staff advised against using repellent as it may attract even more of them. I regretted my decision to stay here and feel like I wasted my money.

The impression you get is that of being on a remote and secluded island. It's a fantastic spot to relax and escape from the chaos, harmful radiation, and pollution of city life. The beach and surrounding nature are quite pleasant.

I had a wonderful time staying here for three days and two nights with my friend. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was pleasant, although it would be even better if the toilet was better maintained. The food was decent and they also had adorable and friendly cats. The beach was incredibly clean, the water was crystal clear, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. It was a great escape from the busy city life. In general, I was very happy with my trip there and felt that the package offered was worth it. Keep up the good work, Aseania Pulau Besar team!
