Soverato Beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 6th place out of 25 beaches in the Catanzaro region 24.3 km away from its center, the city of Catanzaro. It is one of the beaches of Soverato settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Soverato Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. The beach is wide and stunning, with fine, white sand and a crystal clear sea. The unique play of colors created by the steep slope of the seabed adds to its beauty. However, there is a slight flaw caused by the lack of civility from some individuals. The presence of fishing line and other small objects scattered here and there detracts from the heavenly view of this coastline.

The beach is nice and the water is clean. On both sides, there are some convenient beach clubs where you can book umbrellas and sunbeds or grab a quick bite. The place looks stunning in the evening, and I recommend enjoying a pizza on the beach while taking a stroll along the promenade. I would rate it four stars instead of five because there are slightly bigger stones near the shore, which may require shoes for young children.
