Poto di San Marco beach is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 101th place out of 144 beaches in the Salerno region 48.2 km away from its center, the city of Salerno. It is one of the beaches of San Marco settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a tiny bay with blue water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

This beach was like a gift from the ocean, with its unique treatment rooms offering an unforgettable experience. The service was excellent, but the highlight of the trip was definitely the delicious food. Located on the southern coast of Italy, the seafood was incredibly fresh and thoroughly enjoyed!

We had a peaceful morning at the beach and enjoyed a delicious lunch. The spa was absolutely incredible, and I'm already looking forward to experiencing it again. The sheer force of the sea was evident in every aspect, and I immediately felt rejuvenated. My favorite part was the pool that allowed you to listen to music underwater. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

This spa resort is a hidden gem. Although the rooms and main building are a bit outdated, it still possesses a unique and stylish charm. I stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The location and setting are superb - situated in a quaint town, it offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. You truly get a genuine taste of Italy here. The breathtaking views of the sea, marina, and boats are simply stunning. The designated area for swimming in the sea is excellent - not too deep, not too shallow, and minimal seaweed - it's perfect. The breakfasts are absolutely delightful - a wide variety of fresh dairy, yogurt, pastries, coffee, eggs, fruits, and more. The dinner experience is also outstanding - it may be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and most of them have a good grasp of English, although it's advisable to have some basic knowledge of Italian. The spa is a whole different level of excellence. It offers numerous relaxation areas, various pools with seawater, saunas with different temperatures, sea salt rooms, hydromassages, and more. Overall, this hotel is an absolute must-visit and I will definitely return in the future.
