Calanca Beach is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 31th place out of 144 beaches in the Salerno region 91.5 km away from its center, the city of Salerno. It is one of the beaches of Marina di Camerota settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with blue water and brown fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. There is a campsite located nearby.
