Mitigliano beach is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 62th place out of 118 beaches in the Napoli region 28.6 km away from its center, the city of Naples. It is one of the beaches of Marciano settlement, just 0.8 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal blue water and rocks cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Mitigliano beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

I went to the beach in October but unfortunately, the entrance at the top was closed and marked as private property. After a tiring hike through some olive gardens, I still couldn't find it. It's possible that there might be access during the summer months. Additionally, it's worth noting that the beach is on the northwest side of the peninsula, so it won't be sunny in the morning.

We had a bit of trouble finding the way to the beach, but once we arrived, we noticed the price to access it which is shown in my picture. I suggest driving down as the walk up was quite challenging for me, especially in my heels. The beach itself is quite narrow and rocky, so there isn't much space to lay down without renting a sunbed. The local man who rents them out was very friendly and helpful, and each item costs 5eur. There's also a rock on the side where you can jump into the water, and a rope nearby to climb up for another jump. Overall, our experience was enjoyable as the water was crystal clear and the location was secluded, so it wasn't overcrowded.
