The cuisine at this beachside eatery is truly exceptional, with dishes featuring the freshest seafood straight from the ocean. The house wine is also a standout, complementing the flavors of the dishes perfectly. Although it can be a bit of a challenge to reach the restaurant without a boat, we found the journey to be well worth it. While the prices may be on the higher end, the fact that everything is homemade justifies the cost. However, the real highlight of this spot is its prime location, offering unparalleled views of the stunning Capri.
The beach has a pleasant rocky terrain and offers sunbeds and parasols for rental. It is worth mentioning that the beach has a concrete cover.
The beach in Napoli is decent, but there are numerous other stunning locations to explore in the vicinity. From my perspective, it doesn't quite meet my expectations. I believe it's overhyped and doesn't live up to the hype.
We arrived at the beach just an hour before closing time, but the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Little did we know, it was the biggest holiday in Italy, which meant that everything was sold out and everyone was overworked. Despite this, we asked for a dinner and the chef went above and beyond to create one of the most exquisite octopus salads I've ever tasted. As an avid octopus lover, I can attest that this dish was truly exceptional, and we later discovered that the pulpos were sourced locally, possibly from the rocks below the beach, which explained their freshness and flavor. Although the journey to the beach required some effort, it was undoubtedly worth every moment we spent getting there, staying there, and even hiking up after sunset. If you're someone who craves adventure and new experiences, this beach is an absolute must-visit. Cheers to an unforgettable trip!
What a gem of a location! It takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the road or a quick 5-minute shuttle ride (I recommend walking down and shuttling up!). The menu is refreshingly uncomplicated, offering a delightful selection of chilled wines, including a unique apricot flavor that resembles Retsina. I indulged in fresh squid and crisp salads, which were reasonably priced and not overly expensive. The beach is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun.
