We paid a discounted price of 60€ for two adults and one child, but unfortunately, the quality of the pool and services did not meet our expectations. Despite the sign indicating that all the pools were open, only two were available for use. Additionally, we found the pools to be quite dirty. In the women's changing room, only three out of four toilets were functioning, which was inconvenient. We managed to find a working toilet near the bar, but the smell was so unpleasant that my daughter had to leave immediately. Based on our experience, we will not be returning to this beach club, and we do not recommend it to others.

Despite being a top-notch spot for swimming and training in Viareggio, the management of the swimming pools leaves much to be desired. While the gym boasts a perfect score of 5/5 with its state-of-the-art equipment and friendly staff, the swimming pools are a major letdown with a dismal rating of 1/5. It's disheartening to see the pools in such a sorry state, with green water and overgrown algae in the middle of July. Clearly, the filters have not been cleaned in preparation for the summer season. The showers and changing rooms are decent, but some of the showers are faulty and need urgent attention. Previous reviews have praised the receptionist for her warm demeanor, but the pool lifeguard is deemed useless with no knowledge of pool chemistry. The cleaning is subpar, and it's baffling that the gym and pool management don't work together to offer a comprehensive package deal for clients. This would be a great incentive for more people to join, given the prime location and potential of the place, which is currently being squandered.
