Limni beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 272th place out of 504 beaches in the Ioanian Islands region 118 km away from its center, the city of Corfu. It is one of the beaches of Nikiana settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and gray pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. The beach offers a pleasant spot for a refreshing swim and boasts a picturesque scenery. Nevertheless, it may not be the best location for lounging as the shoreline is littered with discarded cigarette butts, giving the impression that maintenance is infrequent or nonexistent.
