Komninou Ammos is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 203th place out of 504 beaches in the Ioanian Islands region 150.5 km away from its center, the city of Κέρκυρα. It is one of the beaches of Agios Ioannis settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains. This beach is not a well-known place, so it is well suited for a relaxing leisure.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Komninou Ammos coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .
