Candia Beach II

Just one word: WOW. This is hands down the best all-inclusive resort I've ever been to. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible, and the service went above and beyond. The tranquility of the resort is ideal for rejuvenating and unwinding. And to top it off, our room with a private pool made our brief 5-day stay even more extraordinary. It's the perfect destination for couples or anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to be informed that our room had been upgraded, which was a kind and thoughtful gesture. Throughout our four-night stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, as the hotel's facilities were impeccable. The main pool provided a peaceful atmosphere, and the view from there was absolutely breathtaking. The service at the bar and all the restaurants was delightful, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options for each meal. The quality of the restaurants was excellent. The entire hotel was beautifully designed, creating a heavenly ambiance. The hotel beach was also very pleasant, allowing for both deep and shallow bathing in a small bay without any waves. The hotel staff was kind and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and it was definitely worth the price. In addition to the main buffet, the hotel had two excellent restaurants, a bar between the pool and the beach, and a bar in the lobby. Most amenities and services were included in the package, and anything that required payment was clearly indicated. Furthermore, the hotel offered complimentary sports, yoga, and aerobics classes, which could be easily signed up for through their convenient mobile app. It was a pleasure to participate in these classes. Overall, our experience at the hotel was truly amazing, and we are eagerly looking forward to returning in the future.

We had an amazing week at this beach. The food was enjoyable, although it would be great to have more local dishes on offer, but that's pretty typical for an all-inclusive hotel. The Greek night was outstanding! The local cuisine was very delicious, and the dancing and live music were fantastic. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere of the hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was very peaceful. The only issue we had was with the prices of additional items (since we were on a half-board plan, we had to purchase drinks and lunch separately). A beer costs nearly 9€ and a bottle of wine is over 30€! However, there were no other negatives. The staff members were extremely attentive and went above and beyond. Our TUI representative was available every day if we needed assistance and had extensive knowledge about the area and the activities available.

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, especially the receptionists and the staff at the main restaurant. When we returned from our excursion late in the evening, we found that the main restaurant was closed. However, they were kind enough to make a reservation for us at the Mirabello restaurant, where we had a fantastic dinner. Our room was spacious and had two balconies with an amazing view. The beach, in my opinion, is the best beach I have ever seen in my life. The water was crystal clear, and you could even spot small fish swimming around. The bay creates a calm atmosphere with no waves, making it feel like you're in a pool. Perhaps the prices are a bit high, and it would be nice to have more complimentary alcoholic cocktails with the all-inclusive package. Additionally, there weren't many activities available, so if you prefer a more relaxed vacation, this hotel would be perfect for you. Overall, I would rate it 8 out of 10.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a warm hello whenever we crossed paths. There were constantly engaging activities to keep my partner entertained. The Tui representatives were exceptional, putting in great effort to ensure that all guests had a fantastic time. Our room was delightful, with the mini fridge being restocked daily and the room being cleaned every day. The only downside was the weather during our visit, but I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the summer. 😫😫
