Cape Columbo is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 402th place out of 1022 beaches in the South Aegean region 115.7 km away from its center, the city of Ermoupoli. It is one of the beaches of Koloumpos settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and black fine pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season. Moreover, this beach is popular with naturists.

Cape Columbo coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.

This hidden gem of a beach is a real challenge to locate, but once you do, it's totally worth it! Follow the convoluted path that involves parking at Colombo's Beachfront hotel, navigating through the patio, and taking a left before the pool. The hotel staff is so friendly that they'll even guide you to the beach, even if you're not a guest. Once you've descended the stairs, you'll be greeted with a sight that is sure to take your breath away. Don't be surprised if you come across a few nude sunbathers, as it's a common sight here. However, the beach is so deserted that you're unlikely to run into more than a handful of people at any given time. The cliffs offer both shade and sun, and the waves are sure to give you a good thrashing if you're brave enough to take a dip. Just be prepared for some serious wind, as it's a regular feature of this beach. All in all, this is one spot you won't want to miss if you're looking for a truly unique beach experience!
