It is one of the beaches of Parasporos settlement, just 0.3 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. The beach is abundant with seaweed, and the waves are strong. The beds are comfortable but come at a higher price than most. The cocktails are decent, but the ice cream, frappes, and milkshakes leave much to be desired. Despite these shortcomings, the beach is conveniently located near Parikia and the port, though it is not within walking distance.

Fortunately, there is ample free space available nearby where one can simply lay down on the soft sand and soak up the sun's rays. The beach is an absolute delight, offering a plethora of amenities including refreshing showers, clean toilets, and scrumptious restaurants. The ambiance is truly delightful, and the crystal-clear blue waters add to the charm. Although the waves were quite high on the day of my visit, the beach usually provides a sheltered haven from the winds. It is an ideal location for families seeking a peaceful retreat, and is not as crowded as the bustling Santa Maria beach near Naussa.

The beach offers a beautiful expanse of soft sand and offers a lively atmosphere with music, a bar, and restaurant. Visitors can rent sunbeds for a comfortable day in the sun. While the food at the restaurant is decent, it comes with a hefty price tag that doesn't quite match the quality. Although I must note that I had a fantastic meal here last year, this year's dishes didn't quite meet the same standard. Nonetheless, the restaurant provides a pleasant experience with friendly staff and an enjoyable ambiance.
