Paralia Tsopela is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 112th place out of 398 beaches in the Northern Aegean region 164.4 km away from its center, the city of Mytilene. It is one of the beaches of Sykia settlement, just 2.4 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal blue water and light pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

This beach is a real stunner, but don't get too excited just yet. The journey to get there might make you question whether it's worth it. But fear not, for the reward at the end is worth every bump and pothole along the way. So pack your patience and a sturdy vehicle, and get ready for a beach day that will leave you in awe.

This delightful beach may require a bit of effort to access, but it's absolutely worth it. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, but don't let that deter you from experiencing the beauty of this secluded spot. Visiting during the winter months ensures plenty of privacy, and our furry companions had a blast playing in the sand and water. In fact, one of our pups even had their first swim! Even one of our human companions couldn't resist taking a dip, claiming the water was warmer than the chilly air. Overall, this beach is a hidden gem that's perfect for a peaceful and enjoyable day by the sea.
