Great view from the Villa, it has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant holiday. The first floor has air conditioning, which is great for July and August. There is no air conditioning on the second floor, it is too hot to sleep in the evening. Stay in July 2023.

The villa is fantastic, both in terms of spaces, furnishings, state of maintenance and accessories and in terms of location: practically the sea is in the garden of the house and you sleep lulled by the breath of the sea. The house is cool and the lack of air conditioning is absolutely not a problem. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets so it is comfortable with the windows open all day and night (even if there are very few mosquitoes). Ideal for those looking for tranquility and silence. The surrounding area is not crowded and there are not many services and accommodation facilities nearby. The availability of a car is essential to be able to move around even just to do the daily shopping and to explore, if you want, the nearby beaches. GSM coverage in the area is weak. The few tourists we met (first half of August) were mostly local and the foreigners were almost only Bulgarians and Romanians. Highly recommended for a holiday of relaxation, rest, sunbathing and sea bathing (don't forget shoes, mask and snorkel!)
