Paralia Sofikou is located on the Myrtoan Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 201th place out of 401 beaches in the Peloponnese region 76.1 km away from its center, the city of Tripoli. It is one of the beaches of Pefkali settlement, just 1.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
