Kondyli beach is located on the Myrtoan Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 126th place out of 401 beaches in the Peloponnese region 49.9 km away from its center, the city of Trípoli. It is one of the beaches of Vivari settlement, just 1.8 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal blue water and light pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

Kondyli beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children. This serene beach stands out from its neighboring counterparts with its peaceful ambiance. Ample parking spots are available, so you can park your car without any hassle. While there is a beach bar for your convenience, there is enough room to set up your own umbrella and enjoy the sun. The water here has a steep drop-off, so be mindful of that. However, keep an eye out for sea urchins as they are present in the area.

The morning view of the beach is breathtaking. The crystal-clear sea water is refreshing and serene, perfect for a swim. Even at 10.00 - 10.30, there are still umbrellas and sunbeds available for rental, and parking is easily accessible. However, the lack of proper restroom facilities is a major drawback that discourages visitors. Additionally, the sight of plastic garbage at the back of the parking area is disheartening.
